CSV File Format Guide

Your CSV file must strictly follow the defined column structure below:

company_name,hall_no,booth_no,quantity

Important Points:

  • The first line must contain the column headers: company_name,hall_no,booth_no,quantity (the system will skip this automatically). Quantity is optional and defaults to 1.
  • You can save and upload any standard spreadsheet or Excel file as a CSV (Comma Delimited) format.
  • The character encoding must be UTF-8 to ensure any regional characters render perfectly on the banner.
